This is an amazing story that touches my heart. I am honored to introduce to my book club members - Kathy Holmes. She knows first hand what it means to suffer many afflictions but she also knows about God's grace and what it means to not be held captive by tragedy. If ever there was a time in my life that i've gone through struggle and wondered if I would make it, her like and legacy proves that we don't have to stay where we are long. Life deals us a hand and we can make the best of what we have.
Author Kathy Holmes is a multi-talent entrepreneur, inspirational speaker, and recording artist. Her desire is to see individuals delivered and set free from the bondage of abuse, which prompt her to offer a support group called “I’ll Love in Spite of support group.”In 2007, Ms. Holmes was in tragic accident that causes her to lose both legs while on her way looking for love in all the wrong places. This tragedy inspired Ms. Holmes to write this book From Tragedy to Triumph “Born to win.” Against extreme odds, Author Kathy Holmes still WON and she learned to Love God through her tragedies.
